5. Player-to-Player Transactions:
Accounts are for gaming purposes only. Any violation may lead to account termination, fund forfeiture, or other penalties. Funds can only be transferred for gaming on the Rummy Apk App, and users assume full responsibility for any issues arising.
6. Player Conduct:
Abusive language or inappropriate behavior is prohibited. The App reserves the right to address such behavior promptly, including account suspension or revocation of playing rights.

9. Dormant Accounts:
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be suspended, with remaining funds held for an additional 60 days. Unclaimed balances may be considered access fees after 60 days of inactivity and three additional months.
In case of account closure due to misconduct, fraud, or collusion, remaining funds may be seized. In case of a user's death, the balance will be held until claimed by the executor or authorized representative.
10. Termination:
The App may terminate this Agreement for non-compliance or other reasons. Users must delete all copies of the Software upon termination. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to authorities.
11. Amendment:
The App reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software or access to the Site constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
12. Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Curacao and Costa Rica. Disputes between parties will be handled by courts in Costa Rica.
13. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the App, superseding any prior agreements. Modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one.
15. Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16. Assignment:
Assignment of rights or obligations under this Agreement requires the App's written consent.
17. Language:
This Agreement is written in English. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
